Starting Your Own Jumper Inflatables Business

By whoyg551, 07:36

A great way to get started in the inflatable jump toy business is to consult with another business who can provide you with information, ideas and supplies; in some instances, affiliate plans are worked out to begin with, and these often work very well.

Here are a series of recommended steps to take if you're serious about starting an inflatable jumpers business.

First, get a license,a business name and a business location. Make sure you have all proper permits required for selling jumper inflatables on the property of your choice.

Second, research your competition. This is highly important,as you need to figure out how they work and what goes into making a bounce house and inflatable toy business successful. Find out which jumper inflatables businesses exist in your city, or even vendors who sell things like bounce house inflatables.

Find out what they charge for buying and renting their inflatables, what areas they deliver too, whether they only rent inflatables or offer other items like chairs, tables, etc.

Third, set up your business operations. This means everything from a website and logo design to new business cards and updated information. This is imperative for branding and marketing purpose.

Since starting a jumper inflatables business is easier compared to many other businesses, the amount of overhead is necessarily much less.

Fourth, in order to start a jumper inflatables company, you have to have merchandise. This means buying or renting jumper inflatables, so determine how much money you can invest to begin with.

Set out a budget and look for good deals on decent jumper inflatables; remember, if you buy a crappy product, its not going to last long; inflatable jump toys are no different.

Additionally, make sure you have some variety; instead of getting all bounce house inflatables, for instance, think about getting water slide inflatable jumpers, interactive games, combination units and much more.

Budget money for accessories on top of the jumper inflatables, like a dolly, tarps, storage bags, patch kits and anything else you can think of.

Five, market, market and market some more. This is one of the most important things you an do to ensure your company is successful. Pass out and post tons of fliers locally, build up a presence online or get someone to help you, advertise in the local yellow pages and newspaper and generally go out and promote yourself and your product.

And last but certainly not least, ensure the jumper inflatables you buy have your brand name painted on them; this is a great way to further advertise your services to the world.

New supplier of domestic jumping castles

By whoyg551, 01:58

Jump City is excited to announce that from early August 2009 we will distributing the Blast Zone range of inflatable bouncers, water slides and jumping castles. Although we have been selling the Happy Hop range since October 2005, we have regrettably decided to stop selling this range for a number of reasons. Jump City has always prided itself of supplying a quality product with excellent customer support and strongly believe we will be able to achieve this much better with the Blast Zone product.

The Blast Zone range of inflatables is a significant step up for us in supplying customers with domestic bouncy castles and is sure to take the Australian market by storm. The quality of manufacture is second to none in the non-commercial bouncer range, incorporating commercial quality materials and stitching in key impact areas of the inflatable. While we'll be looking at a 10-20% price increase on our previous range, we believe the product quality is at least 100% better. The Blast Zone range includes visually attractive inflatables with themed designs including pirates, rainforests, space, crocodiles and sharks! There will be different sizes and designs to suit a wide variety of tastes, backyards and budgets.

How to repair the inflatable Bouncers

By whoyg551, 01:57
Owning a business that sells or rents inflatable bouncers is a lucrative way to make money. These have become popular throughout the years. Many people will rent or purchase them to use at birthday parties and carnivals. It is a great way to entertain children for hours at a time.

It is important to keep your investments intact and to keep from having to replace or buy a new one anytime one of yours have become punctured. Each one are made with durable material - but rocks, sticks, and other debris can puncture through it and cause either a slow or major leak. Learn how you can repair it so you don't have to spend hundreds in replacing it.

Inflate the bouncer so that you can determine where the leak is coming from. It is best to do this in sections if the bouncer will allow you to. There is a lot of ground to cover. Try to do this before you go rent it out to make sure that all parts of the tent are in good shape. That way if you find a leak you can fix it before you send it off to be used.

When it is fully inflated look and listen for the source of the puncture. If the leak is slow you might not be able to find it easily this way. The next best thing would be for you to place water inside of the tent. Pour in tap water and some soap. You will know immediately where the leak is.

Use a felt tip to mark the leak. Take out the puncture repair kit and apply solvent to the plastic patch. Apply the patch to the edge of the tent so that the hole is sealed completely. Apply more adhesive to the outside of the patch and allow it to dry.

When the patch is dried pour more soapy water inside of the tent. If there are any more bubbles being released than you did not seal it properly or you have found another leak. Try to keep it inflated overnight to make sure that it is sealed properly.

Pearl Jewelry - The Story of Pearl Hunters

By whoyg551, 07:12
As long as pearl jewelry have been known to people, they have been a highly sought commodity for their beauty. It's only in recent times however that the industry has taken the hunt for the perfect pearl to a whole different level. Today, the shiny orbs that we see on in display in jewelry stores have actually almost always been grown in farms. That's a far cry from the dangerous extraction and collection methods used before the invention of modern technology. In the past, not more than 100 years ago, the only way to retrieve pearls was by diving in lakes, floods and the ocean to pick them up, one at the time. The unfortunate divers who'se job it was to do this, were often poor and lured by the relative large sums they could get. The diver would sometimes have to dive as deep as 100 feet on one single breath of air. In order to preserve air and to stay submerged the longest, the divers would hold on to heavy stones on the way down. Naturally, this dangerous activity was reserved for the desperate or the powerless - in many cases slaves or extremely poor peasents. Today, this method is all but obsolete in most places of the world. The cheaper cultured pearls have become popular and are many times the only pearls available to the consumer. There are however still a few isolated areas that practice this old art of pearl diving. Some of the finest natural pearl speciments come from the gulf of Bahrain. Here, divers still risk their health to retrieve what are considered the top of the crop in the world. In fact, Bahrain wants no part of the sale of cultured pearls, banned from trade. Bahrain is one of the few places on earth that does an active job in trying to preserve the natural habitat and waters from pollution. It's an interesting story and one that continues to fascinate buyers around the world. Somehow, the beauty of the pearl grows when it's been retrieved from the depth of the ocean.

Buying Pearl Jewelry Without Being Ripped Off

By whoyg551, 07:10
Buying pearl jewelry can be fun, exciting and confusing. Whether you're considering a gift of pearl jewelry for someone special or as a treat for yourself, take some time to learn the terms used in the industry. Here's some information to help you get the best quality pearl jewelry for your money, whether you're shopping in a traditional brick and mortar store or online. Pearls Natural or real pearls are made by oysters and other mollusks. Cultured pearls also are grown by mollusks, but with human intervention; that is, an irritant introduced into the shells causes a pearl to grow. Imitation pearls are man-made with glass, plastic, or organic materials. Because natural pearls are very rare, most pearls used in jewelry are either cultured or imitation pearls. Cultured pearls, because they are made by oysters or mollusks, usually are more expensive than imitation pears. A cultured pearl's value is largely based on its size, usually stated in millimeters, and the quality of its nacre coating, which give it luster. Jewelers should tell your if the pearls are cultured or imitation. Some black, bronze, gold, purple, blue and orange pearls, whether natural or cultured, occur that way in nature; some, however, are dyed through various processes. Jewelers should tell you whether the colored pearls are naturally colored, dyed or irradiated. Clams, oysters, mussels and many other mollusks with limy shells are known to produce pearls. But very few kinds yield gem pearls of jeweler's quality. The pearl is an abnormal growth of mother-of-pearl, or nacre, imbedded in the soft bodies of these shellfish. It is built up, layer upon layer, in the same way as nacre is added to the lining of the growing shell and always has the same color and luster. For example, over the country, hundreds of good-sized pearls are found each year in the oysters we eat. Unfortunately these have no commercial value regardless of whether they have been cooked or not because they are dull opaque white or purple like the shell of the parent oyster. In recent times almost all pearls of gem quality come from the oriental pearl oyster which has a bright shimmering translucent nacre. A pearl starts growing when some irritating foreign substance such as a sand grain, bit of mud, parasite or other object becomes lodged in the shell-producing gland called the mantle. Pearls formed in the soft flesh where nacre can be added on all sides are most likely to be spherical and the most highly prized. By far the great majority are flattened or variously distorted and have little value. Size, color, luster and freedom from flaws are other essential qualities. Unlike other gems, such as diamonds, pearls have an average life of only about 50 years. In time the small amount of water in a pearl's make-up is lost and its surface cracks. Because they are mostly lime, necklaces which are worn often are injured by the acid secretions of the human skin.

Possible extinction

By whoyg551, 08:09
"Despite our efforts in the last three decades, tigers still face threats of survival. The primary threat is from turquoise jewelry poaching and habitat loss," Nepal's prime minister Madhav Kumar Nepal told the conference.

He said extreme poverty has also challenged efforts.

"Global and regional solidarity and corrective measures are more necessary now than ever to face these challenges," the prime minister said.

Bhusal, the  wish pearl oyster forest secretary, said participants hope to make high-level policy makers in their countries more aware of the animal's possible extinction.

The 13 countries where wild tigers are still found include Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Russia, Thailand and pearl earrings Vietnam.

The conference continues until Friday.

Tigers threatened - expert

By whoyg551, 08:04
Katmandu - The world's tiger population is declining fast despite efforts to save them, and new strategies are cultured pearl jewelry urgently needed to keep the species from dying out, international wildlife experts said on Tuesday.

"We are assembled here to save tigers that are at the verge of extinction," Nepal's secretary of forest and soil conservation, Yuvaraj Bhusal, told a conference of tiger experts from 20 countries, including the 13 where wild tigers are wholesale pearl jewelry still found.

An estimated 3 500 to 4 000 tigers now roam the world's forests, down from the more than 100 000 estimated at the beginning of the 20th century. All the remaining tigers are in Asia.

Participants at the conference, which also includes the World Bank, the World Wildlife Fund and other groups, plan to freswhater pearl necklace discuss strategies for tiger conservation, as well as challenges such as poaching, the trade of tiger parts and conflicts between tigers and local populations.

Autism scare

By whoyg551, 07:58
Let me stop there for a moment. This is important: the original study that said there was a link between autism and the MMR vaccine (measles, mumps, rubella) has freshwater pearl pendant been REFUTED several times. It was nonsense, according to several follow-up studies published in reputable medical journals. Of far greater danger to your child is being the only one in the class who has not been inoculated. If a measles epidemic were to sweep through the school, who is going to be in the most danger? And what virulent strain of the virus is she going to pass on?

Government schools and many day care centres ask for inoculation certificates before they will admit a child. Is this rigorously done? Are there schools out there which don't do this? I do know the townships clinics do a fabulous job in cultured pearl jewelry  this regard: for years I worked next to the hall where inoculations were done by the hundreds every Tuesday. It was earplug day.

Young kids are no longer the only high risk group for measles: immune-compromised individuals are too. And that was, at last conservative count, one in every 10 South Africans.

So, to end this on a stern note: vaccinations are one of the miracles of the last 100 years. If you haven't vaccinated your children, make it snappy and get it done. It's not just about you, or akoya pearl earrings even them. It's about everyone who lives in this country.

What has changed?

By whoyg551, 07:54
So what was the difference then? I have a suspicion it's called vaccination. Kids are supposed to sterling silver jewelry have a measles vaccine at 9 months, again at 18 months and then some booster and catch-up shots later in life. I remember the long queue of spindly legs ahead of me in underwear as we awaited torture from the school nurse. School nurses, like school doctors, were actually not human, but from some sub-species still to be discovered in underground caves. But, boy, did they do their job properly.

I read on News24 that more than pearl earrings 1.4 million people in Gauteng have been given measles injections in the past two weeks and that health workers have been visiting schools and creches targeting children from the ages of six months up to both primary and high schools learners. But why only now? And when last was this done?

Isn't the very point of vaccination that it is a preventative measure and not something to be given only when the epidemic is upon us?

I have a nasty suspicion that freshwater pearl strands there have been many parents out there who have either been neglecting giving their children the necessary vaccinations, or who have consciously decided not to.

Spot the problem

By whoyg551, 07:48
By Monday 1034 cases of measles have been confirmed in Gauteng and there has been one death. In cultured freshwater pearl total, four deaths have been confirmed countrywide.

Before I get pelted with rotten tomatoes for blaming parents, again, just bear with me while I ask two short questions: why here, and why now?

A reality of life
Measles is one of those grim facts of life from which we cannot escape. It falls into the same category as getting a call from your bank manager or having to go for a colonoscopy or a mammogram. There have always been measles epidemics, but the severity and the enthusiastic spread of this silver pearl sets one have made me wonder what has changed. Because something has.

When I was six measles swept through the primary school. I remember the darkened room, the doctor doing a house call (can anyone under 25 remember this?), and feeling feverish and nauseous as I lavishly wet my bed and then threw up all over the floor. But enough about me. The point is, while just about everyone got sick, no one died and within a few days the measles was just a grim memory and  freshwater pearl pendant another childhood disease ticked off the must-have list.
